Joined SLCM in 2007 integrated in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Focused practice in business law, company law and corporate counselling. Has particular expertise in agency / distribution / franchising contracts and corporate governance. Has been advising important corporate clients in both national and multinational businesses.  Has an important track-record in sectors such as food & beverage.

Law degree from the University of São Paulo, Brazil (1999). Master's in Business Law from the Universities of Genève and Lausanne (2001). Course "études approfondies en International Relations" from the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales, University of Genève (2003). Master in Law from the Lisbon Classic University (2007). Post-graduate studies in Business Law from the Lisbon Catholic University (2010).
