Pedro Silveira Borges

Born in Brasília, Brazil, in 1984.

Started his career at SLCM in 2008. Integrates Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate department with a strong experience both in national and across border transactions and privatizations. Particularly focused in Commercial & Company Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. Together with SLCM’s team he has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A deals in Portugal. Between 2013 and 2015, worked as a permanent adviser of the Finance Secretary of State from the XIX Constitutional Government of Portugal.

Law degree (2007), Masters in Law and Business (2009), Post-graduate course in Commercial Law (2009), LL.M./Advanced Master of Laws - International Business Law (2012), Lisbon Catholic University. 

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2011.
