Carolina Martins Correia

Born in Loulé in 1993.

Started her career in SLCM in 2016. Integrates the Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate team, taking active part on the support to national and international M&A operations. Focuses her practice in business law, company law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate counselling.

Graduate in Law, Lisbon Catholic University (2015). Master's Degree in Forensics Law from the same University, with a dissertation on "The distinction between defective compliance and error (regarding the purchase and sale agreement of defective products)" (2017). Assistant Professor of Private Law at Lisbon Catholic University since 2017 (currently teaching Fundamental's of Civil and People's Law).

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2018.
