Born in Lisbon in 1984.
Joined SLCM in 2012, after working at "Sérvulo & Associados", on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Law (2007-2012).
Professional activity centered on Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, with special focus in structuring and implementing financing, restructuring, debt issuance, sale of non-performing loans portfolios and private equity. Has also been involved in providing legal advice to credit institutions and to management companies of investment funds in compliance and regulation.
Graduate in Law, University of Lisbon (2007). Post-graduate course in Copyright and Information Society, University of Lisbon (2010). LLM in Commercial, Corporate and Financial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2011). Post-graduate course in Banking Law from the College of Law of Lisbon University (2016).
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2010.
