Has a strong experience in national and cross border transactions and privatizations and has been involved in some of the most relevant M&A deals and transactions that have been negotiated in Portugal in the last few years.
Has a significant track record in sectors, such as telecoms, media, energy, agriculture, food & beverage, healthcare, tourism and infrastructure.
Graduate in Law, Coimbra University (2007). Advanced LL.M. in "International Business Law", Lisbon Catholic University (2010).
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2010.
