Ana Guedes Teixeira participated in an European report about Director's Duties and Liabilities in the 27 Member States of the European Union and Croatia. It aim is to provide the European Commission with a comparative analysis of the applicable legal regime in the different countries to be considered in its future policy in this area. The report is composed of individual reports referring to each country and drafted by national researchers and a comparative analysis made by the professors Carsten Gerner-Beuerle, Philipp Paech and Edmund-Philipp Schuster from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Ana Guedes Teixeira was in charge of drafting the report referring to Portugal, which was then revised by Professor Engrácia Antunes.
