Miguel Pena Machete and Marlene Sennewald Sippel took part in the 55^th meeting of DACH, which took place in Vienna from the 22th to the 24th September. The central theme was M&A cross-border, practical aspects and specificities of each country. This meeting brought together over 100 German speaking lawyers, not only from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, but also from Liechtenstein, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, among other countries.

DACH is an organization created in 1989 by three countries ("D" Germany, "A" Austria, "CH" Switzerland), currently has 621 members from 28 countries. It's a Bar Association that promotes collaboration between German speaking lawyers, the exchange of experiences and information and the transfer of knowledge between countries with different realities (www.dach-ra.de).
