Marlene Sennewald publishes, in co-authorship with Manuel Lopes Porto (Professor at the University of Coimbra and President of the Portuguese European Community Studies Association), an article in the book "Jurisprudência Cunha Rodrigues - Comentários", corresponding to a commentary to a judgment of the Court of Justice, dated of 9th of January 2007, in the case C-1/05 (Yunying Jia c. Migrationsverket), concerning the right of residence of a Union citizen family member which is a third country national. The mentioned book, which compiles commentaries to judgments of the Court of Justice reported by Judge J. N. Cunha Rodrigues, has been presented at the Conference in honor of the mentioned Judge, organized by the European Institute, at Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon, on the 15th of April.
